Be sure to call in advance and reserve! Or order and pick up. DO NOT FORGET MOUTH PROTECTION !! Unfortunately the prices went up due to Corona and the portions got smaller. There was also a delivery service at short notice, but unfortunately it was discontinued. Otherwise good and tasty food.

Great ambience, the location invites you to linger and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The staff is very friendly and in a good mood, that is also due to the boss who totally motivates his team. Although a lot of guests come and go, you are always kept an eye on and asked again and again whether everything is okay. The food is delicious and varied. The salads are freshly prepared and the dressing is totally well coordinated for my taste. The pasta is a dream. The pizzas are great in taste. We were here for the first time and definitely not the last time to eat. But you should reserve in advance, as this location is in great demand.

Starter: Bruschetta and Carpaccio 1 course Gnocci. 2nd course Pizza Capri, white wine and water. Was very tasty. Very good food and good white wine. Was a nice evening on the terrace, enjoyed it. Very nice place. Friendly and hard-working wait staff. Recommended all round. Always happy.

Bad service. Too many guests, totally overwhelmed, bad jokes. I wanted the pizza I wanted without bacon. Instead I got the pizza with a lot of bacon and one other ingredient missing. This was then after I returned it, but still way too much bacon. The highlight was that the pizza cost more even though I wanted one less ingredient.

First of all, I have to praise the staff. No restaurant has such friendly and funny staff as you! The food always tastes excellent, provided you eat in the restaurant, unfortunately you can't order pasta for home, it tastes somehow different than when you eat it there. No idea why. So unfortunately only 4 instead of 5 stars. Often nobody answers the phone when you try to call. Sometimes very frustrating, but you have to see it this way: the Dal Maestro is also simply very popular and in the end the staff has a lot to do and so calling is not the priority.

Very, very delicious food, extremely friendly staff and unspeakably child-friendly as you don't often find it, and even the employees wear mouth and nose covers (unfortunately not a matter of course in most locations). The focus is always on the guest and nothing to be desired. You are really great, thanks and praise to the entire team, an all-round successful visit in a great ambience and a cozy atmosphere ... we'd love to do it again. Amazing food! Service was also Great! We didnt make a reservation but we got a table within 15-20 minutes. We will come Back for sure!!

Food was swapped and my food was forgotten. I got it when the others were done, but didn't order that, but my friend's. She got my food, but already with the others. No explanation, no apology. Then I didn't feel like clarifying this and minimized the tip. Food was ok, but not really great. Too bad. A little more communication would have been good and then we would not have been so disappointed.

Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars. Service is absolutely bad. According to the order, the pizza is ready to be picked up at 7:07 p.m. ... over half an hour later, the pizza is still not ready. PS: Hygiene rules (face mask service) are not really followed.

At this point, 0 stars would be earned. We pre-ordered by phone saying we should be in the restaurant in 15min. No sooner said than done, unfortunately the order was lost in the 15min as a relatively unfriendly young employee told me.

The Dal Maestro restaurant in Balingen is again that good place, what I've learned 15 years ago. The food is delicious, and the personal is friendly! It's definitely worth having a lunch or dinner here.
